I dont know if there is another thread in the forum which tracks the recent RFE's on I140. If so, please let me know or we can track all the recent 140 RFE's here.
Received my I140 RFE on 3/7/05
and don't know yet what its is for (waiting on Attorney to pass on the information. I called twice so far and they haven't received still !!!).
My colleague already received the RFE information and it is for the "Ability to Pay" and "company acquisition" information. It must be the same for me too!
