Shall I worry? - No decision made for 485 interview (parents' case)

Went to 485 interview for my parents today, and the visa officer did not approve the case just gave us a sheet indicating that your case has been continued for the reason checked below: Further review.

She mentioned that I should be able to get the case update by 4 this afternoon, but so far no any update yet.

Shall I worry or it's normal? I remembered that my husband's case was approved at the spot ~~

And also the officer gave us back the I-512L advanced parole, I though she was going to keep it. She did keep the I94 though.

I hear sometimes the automated emails about case status are sent out during the middle of the night. Another thing you could do if you are very worried about the case is to make an infopass appointment for like 2 or 3 weeks out. If you hear before the appointment then just cancel it. 800 Customer Service has not more information then what is available online.
