Dear all,
My previous company concurrently filed EB1-OR and 485 in 2002. Then I was laid off before 180 days. So I then concurrently filed EB1-EA and 485 by myself. Recently i got both 140 approved.
I was told that: even my previous company lawyer did everything on the first 485, I am still the petitioner. Will these two cases confuse BCIS? shall I withdraw one of them. If so, which one I shall keep?
