I have filed my I-140 on Feb/2004, and I-485 on March/2004.
My company is kind of shaky right now, business is shrinking and people leaving. In the mean time I am very bored of working on the same old stuff and increased load for 4 consecutive years.
Recently there is one opportunity in a big stable company. I am thinking of taking the risk to switch job. If after switching job, I-140 get approved without RFE, then I am set, I can take advantage of AC-21. Otherwise I am screwed.
Do you think it is wise to take the risk?
