Shall i enter into canada from India?

I applied for canada PR from USA and completed all formalties, including paying landing fee, completed medicals etc. I am waiting for landing papers. Meantime i have some important work in india, and going to India soon. Shall i come to Canada directly from India if some one send those landing papers to me from USA?

Also please tell me what is the procedure involved after receipt of landing papers? Shall we need to go to canada immigration office and get it stamped in our passport? If so, shall i get it from delhi consulate office?

Please suggest me.

Yes, if you have the landing papers you can fly into Canada directly. However make sure to make a list of itmes you have, especially electrinonc goods with model and serial numbers. You need to provide to CIC Canada list of items that you will be bringing at a later date (goods to follow).

Also make sure you have the funds you have declared as available when you applied for your canadian Pr. This dosen't have to be in cash. I can be in the form of a cashier's check.

You don;t have to obtain any stamps in your passport. All those formalities will be done by CIC Canada Airport. You need to provide the address as to where you will be staying in Canada, so that CIC Canada can mail you your PR Cards.

I see a problem:
Now Canada immigration does send you Landing paper but they also ask for your Passport to be Stamped, before they issue you Landing papers the consulate that is handling your application will ask you to send your passport to them for the Visa Sticker in your passport, that system has been started recently after June 28, earler they just send you LP or IMM 1000 and you can land with that paper only.

If you go to India and in your absence if they ask for Passport Stamping what you will do? becase you will be having your passport in India with you.
The best option is to Visit India before you get LP and come back to US( I do not know if you have Valid US visa) and then send your passport for the Canadian Visa stamping and then go to Canada.
I do not know if Delhi office will stamp your passport as the file is with Canadian Counsulate in US. Better is to check with CIC or Buffalo office or where your file is.
