SFO Office says RFE issued, but online didn't change, nor received. what to do now?

I went to SF office to get eAP. The IIO there said there is an RFE for my AP issued on March 18th. We did not receive any RFE. The online status also didnot chage, still says, applicationw as received on Nov 3. Anybody else with similar experience?

When I called NCSC, they r saying that no RFE was sent out, based on online message. I am in a fix. Don't know, what esle to do. Any Advice?
 
Send a fax to VSC regarding the AP. Mention it as a service centre error and you need to go abroad urgent.
If nothing works try contacting your senator or just apply for a new one.
BTW what did the Service Center Say ? They will not give an emergency AP because of a RFE ?

I was in same situation on March11th. As i was told the same thing. The notifications were sent out on April 2nd. I was told the same by IIO officer. So... just wait sometime and you'll get the notifications. There's a gap between when they send the generate the RFE and actual notifictions are sent out.

The online did not update until the notifications were send out. It was good to see online update after 2 years as the first one used to have my fingerprint message.

The IIO at SF said, the main reason for not issuing AP, is coz it is a not a life and death situation. Only death is considered an emergency!!!
Also, he mentioned that an RFE has been generated on March 18th. It makes it a big coincidence coz the last updated date for my EAD, AP and I485 shows as March 19th, online. He gave that as the reason as to why my AP is being delayed.
