SFO FP Slow Down. Anyone on the same boat?

Hello,

  My ND is 4/24 but I have yet to receive the fp notice. My fp location is SFO. I have noticed that many April filers whose fp location is San Jose or Oakland receives fp notice within a month. What is wrong with SFO? The same thing happens for a friend whose ND is 2/23. Anyone on the same boat? Any insider information?

Don\'t complain too much.

It used to be the reverse situation just a few months ago, and at that time a FP notice for San Jose was taking around 4 months from ND for San Jose.
