SFO AVM Experiences

I was wondering if the SFO AVM is updated real time. I really doubt it since I got a case not found message initially and after a couple of weeks, the AVM was updated with my case status. In other words, is the attorney the first person to obtain information (through a letter) about your case. Please share your experiences.

Sometimes the AVM goes down - so you get to hear inconsistent messages, but usually AVM is updated every day (I guess AVM replies from the database used by the CO's)
