              no complication, no rfe, just long waits
               and lack of lucks
  about notice: addressed to primary applicant only
                short, 1 page, with interviewer\'s name +
                a list of requested "things":
                 - co application (if any)
                 - interpretor (if necessary)
                 - passport, this notice
                 - latest w2, tax return

   comments: attorney advise to bring all "other related
                docs". including birth cert, marrage cert,
                employment letters etc.

I surely will keep you up-to-date.
I am not planning to take my attorney
due to straight-forward nature of
my case. I am keeping my fingers
crossed that I will have a stamped
passport at the end of 04/09.

Hi aliens,

I agree with you for not bringing your attorney along. From the posts I
have read so far, presence of an attorney in an interview helps very little.
 
VictorFromCA in our interview tracking list posted a massage on isn.org
today about his interview in San Francisco office. His case was approved
on the interview date (i.e., today). This is very encouraging. I hope yours
will be the same.

I wish you well in preparing the interview, and hope to hear from you on
April 9.
