I applied for I-485 concurrent with I-130 through my US citizen husband on May 1, 2003. I got my EAD June 2003 and did my fingerprint on July 1, 2003. As of today, I have not heard back from USCIS in regards to the status of my case. USCIS posted a Aug. 30, 2003 processing date for I-485 on their website and I also notice that people who applied around my time already had their interviews months ago. My EAD will expire soon (June 25, 04); should I renew it now? Does anyone know if the SF District Office accepts in person application to renew EAD as I would like to visit the SF District Office to inquire about my case. I also called and wrote USCIS on the status of my case for the past 2 months but as of today, I still haven't received any response. Anyone out that in similar situation?
