Sevis withdrawing TVU from its approved list- Students future?

I have attached a pdf file and M.S. word document in this post.

1st one is a letter from I.C.E/D.H.S regarding SEVIS withdrawal.

2nd one is reply from Susan to them.

Sir please look at these links and tell us what is expected of us and also please let us know the options we have right now.

We greatly appreciate your effort you are putting up to help all TVU students.

I'm not associated with this situation in any way but I noted with interest the following quote from Dr. Su's letter:

Since the inception on St. Patrick day on March 17, 2008, Tri-Valley University’s students are mainly US citizens.

(near the top of page 2 in her letter)

Is this statement true? And, if true, why haven't we heard at all from TVU's many American students as to the quality of education there? Presumably the US citizen students--if any--wouldn't be attending for visa reasons and would be able to comment on the actual quality of instruction there.
