I am an F1 student here in United States and got a job at Micron Tech. who has filed my H1-B visa
which is preapproved and is going to so start on Oct 01, 2004. But there is some problem with
sevis so they took out my F1 status so now they are going to fix it. I am on CPT now which ends on
31st May. and SEVIS says it take 6 - 8 weeks to fix this bug. So will i be out of status till they
fix this and do i need to go back to my country, i going to graduate in Dec 04. I have also
registered class for this semester.
Can you please help me out in this matter.
