SEVIS Fee

Hello, I am applying to renew my F-1 visa. I am currently studying at the University, but when I entered the U.S (my first visa) I studied English. After that I was transfered from the English Institute to the University. The University issued me a new I-20 but with the same SEVIS. Now I want to apply for a new visa (F-1) renewal, and need to know if I have to pay the $100 SEVIS fee again.
