Severe delay I 485

My attorney filed my I 485 under EB2 category in Sept 2001. Since then there have been 2 Rfe by BCIS asking about my pay stubs and company's information. The last Rfe was done 2 mos back. I would really appreciate if someone can tell, how long would it take more? What should i do since it has been unusually long?

The options are

- call NSC, and file an inquiry
- Ask attorney to do the same
- send level 1 fax
- send level 2 fax
- contact congressman/senator to request status on your case

If you have a namecheck (security) issue, then you have a longer wait and these options may not help as much. For details on above options, search the forum.

What is a level 1 fax and a level 2 fax? Where do i get the numbers to fax it to?
I have already contacted Senator and filed an enquiry by calling NSC. Once again thank u for the information.
