seventh year H1b extension

My Hib will expire in January 1, 2006. I have an approved I140 based on National Interest Waiver. I485 pending. I would like to keep my H1b current just in case any problem with I485. labor applied in Feb/2002, so far no news.
Please let me know what are the requirements for seventh yaer H1b extension.

I think you need just the copy of Labor petition receipt notice OR
copy of approved labor petition to apply for 7th year h1b.
I have gotten extension by the same way.

Check with your lawyer.

I am in the same boat.. dont want to spend again for extention as well.. is there a sperate thread that can guide us, how to file for 7th year extention
