Would really need some help on a few concerns I have in regards to setting up a company.
First things first. This company is also registered in a city in Asia, but of course need to set up here where it will operate from. I have understood that acctually registering the company is straight forward, but acctually operating it seems difficult. The company is a service company meaning we will outsource to a contractor, we will revice and pay invoice followed by us invoicing the client with a small profit in between. How should I figure this out?
- I can't work for the company, could I have a relatve register the company and they work for t? (legal?)
- if I register a company in my name, will my employeer find out?
All suggestions or being pointed in the right direction would be great. Would like to set up llc in Delaware, but will operate (physical address) in Florida
