I am applying for my H-1 7th year extension.My lawyer needs a letter from the NJ SESA that my Labor application has been pending for more than a year. I called up the guys in Trenton and they asked my company to send them a letter with all the details of the case. We also faxed them the ETA forms. But , they can not find my case. Has anyone faced a similar problem ? NJ SESA does not give receipts when cases are received. How are we supposed to prove that we actually did send the application.
