SESA and DOL

What is the functions of DOL and SESA in LC processing?
When SESA sends the LC application to DOL by recommending it for approval, does it mean that there is no problem with the LC application (other than layoffs)?
Will the DOL perform any other additional evaluation in addition to what SESA had done?

I will appreciate if someone answers this question.

DOL processing date?

Hello friends,

Which is the processing date for DOL ?. I mean the date SESA processes and transfers to DOL or the date DOL receives an application ?

My labor PD is 05/07/2001. SESA approved and transfered to DOL on 11/02/2001, but DOL received on 12/10/2001(attorney says).

Please help!!!
