Service Request (SR) NSC - I 485

Hi,

Does NSC send e-mail response if we open a SR. I opened a SR last week
regrading my I-485 status.

Normally what will happen after opening an SR.
- Will They send an e-mail update about the SR?
- Will message change online ?
- Will LUD change ?

Most likely they will send you a letter for your case status. Sometimes, they may call you instead of mail.
