Hi Everyone!
I have seen a few people talk about asking for a "Service Request". I realize that you must wait for the 60 days without LUD and be out of the normal processing time. On Tuesday I will be for both with Nov 17th LUD and 485 RD over 700 days ago. My question is....does the officer open the case while you are one the phone and tell you what's going on or do they say "We will get back to you in X amount of time."? Can I ask them to see if I have cleared Name Check at this time too?
