Guys:

I hear/read on the internet .... that I-140 and 485 processing is going to get slow after Nove/Dec 2004. Is this true .... I was reading about this on Shusterman.com .... I am planning to do a Labor Sub and file for 140/485 some time in Mid-March .....

1. Do u think I should file my case early ? If yes ... how early ?
2. What are the ramifications of this delay ... even if I file my papers earlier to that ?
3. I am trying to use a Sub- Labor .... that was applied in 2001 and was approved in 2003 .. under EB3-RIR..... requirements on the labor are Bachlors's with 4 years exp.

Thanks, guys.

It is not going to slow down, but DHS expects that the EB3 priority date may not remain current after January. You may not be allowed to file 485 in such case. Consult an attorney for valid legal advice

Hi Need Your Help,
Is this going to impact I485 applications already in the queue?

My query ....

Here is the link .... http://shusterman.com/siu.html#1
Its derived from the current VISA Bulletin from DHS/USCIS.

I dont think it will matter to cases already filed (that are in the queue) ... it will matter to cases that will be filed in the future.

Ok Buddies:
Can somebody answer my original query - What does it mean
"EB3 priority dates may not remain curret"
I am trying to use a Sub- Labor .... that was applied in 2001 and was approved in 2003 .. under EB3-RIR..... requirements on the labor are Bachlors's with 4 years exp. How will it affect my particular case ... will it help me if I file my case ASAP ?

thanks guys.
