I-131 Advance Parole
When the previously issued I-512 advance parole at the time of I-131 adjudication still has more than 120 days of validity time remaining then it the I-131 is considered as though it’s a request for a replacement advance parole document. Hence the I-512 issued will reflect the expiration date of the currently valid advance parole. If at the time of I-131 adjudication the previously issued advance parole authorization has 120 days or less time remaining, the center will issue a new I-512 that will be valid starting from the date the center adjudicates/approves the I-131. If the I-131 advance parole processing time moves back from what they currently are, the issue will be considered again.
