Service Center Selection

My LC is approved by Atlanta reginal office and in the process of preparing the paper work for I-140 etc. My company is located in North Carolina, but head quarters is in Boston. ( I get my pay check, W4 from Boston). My question is can I apply I-140 etc in VSC...or should be applying in TSC. Thanks for your response.

Your company lawyer should be able to tell you

You can get Labor from somewhere and can apply in the service center in a different region. Some big companies actually have a dedicated service center where they apply for all their employees regardless of where the Labor is certified.
