service center & processing time

hi all
if a Permanent resident filing for unmarried son or daughter over 21 (I-130)
in Vermont Service Center ??
Do you think that filing in Texas sevice center will be more faster to approved the case and thus take the visa more quickly ?

OR IT DOSENT MATTER !!!!!!! . you still have to wait the same period of time untill getting the visa ??!!!!!!!

if yes , what is the best service center , more faster ??

You do not "pick" which service center you use... it is according to your residency.

Either way, the wait time for that category is LONG, so it doesn't really matter.

By this, are you implying that you might move to an area that is serviced by the "best" service center?

I don't know if you can really state that one service center is any better than another - especially when you are dealing with something that will take a long time. One service center that might be faster now, might be the slowest in a year or two from now.
