Service Center Frontlog Problem Follow-Up

Uninformed sources indicate that the contractor who was expected to be replaced by another contractor allegedly filed a lawsuit seeking injunction against the INS on Friday, June 15. Consequently, the Service Centers apparently continue to experience a serious frontlog.

I called my attorney who is from Berry,Appleman and Leiden. He said that the temps have been working since a week. Also he said he has seen receipt notices for 04/19/2001. I am expecting my receipts in a week or two. Don\'t worry. Be happy.
