Service Center for Electronic Filing

I am currently staying in Michigan. I am about to file I-140 (Premium Process) under EB-1 EA category. Can I choose the service center by myself or it is decided from where I am filing or where I am currently living in US?

Hey, I am from MI too. Till this point, all e-filed cases are going to TSC (Texas), the fastest of all. Once you submit the form, it should tell you where to mail your supporting documents. I dont know the exact process as my attorney e-filed on my behalf.
