Service Center changes after 485

Hi, I-485ers:

I submitted my I-485 to VSC in May 2002. I will move to Florida which is under TSC in April 2003. I will write INS about my address change.

Do you believe VSC will transfer my I-485 file to TSC or a local Florida office? Trillions Thanks.

I read somewhere that the service center you filed with will still be responsible in processing your case; however, it is more likely that the case will be forwarded to a local office to schedule an interview. In that case, some kind of delay may be anticipated.

If anyone out there with similar situation, please advise.
