Service center changed (TSC > Vermont)?

Hello,

I recently changed my address from Texas to New Jersey. I had filed my labor/140/485 (ND 4/2002) at TSC.

I received my FP at New Jersey address this week. The envelope cover had the from address as Vermont Service Center.

Does this mean that my case has been transferred to Vermont from Texas? How can I confirm this?
