I called 800-375-5283 to check status of my case, i got AVM message as "sorry, we are not able to get the information on your case".

Is any one got the same message today????
 
Here is my case status on BCIS web page....

On June 10, 2003, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

I got the same message as you when I called the AVM : "sorry, we are not able to get the information on your case".

And my online status still is : RFE reply received June 17th.. blah blah .. blah

In fact BCIS sent me my 2nd FP on 19th June. i got FPed on July 17th, but the FP status was never updated.
