Sequence of processing EAD and AP?

Here is what I thought about the sequence for INS handling EAD and AP:

1. LUD
2. EMAIL NOTICE
3. MAIL THE APPROVAL LETTER.

Please share your experience. Thanks.

That's the pattern I saw for both EAD and AP.
