Hi Folks:

I think September was better. At least we saw some approvals....may be 1-2 a day. Its all coz' the religious workers prayed for us.

But now when good things happen then people tend to forget the other people's pain and ofcourse they stopped praying and there u go......no approvals in October...

Now BCIS is hibernating and they will do so till the entire American holiday season.

Then comes Jan, 2004 and by that time BCIS people will be fresh with super duper ideas.......and the story will go on.....on... on..with some novel excuses............

BTW: Shall be applying for a 3rd AP in the end of NOVember.

Chor BCIS ...have spent ~ $700 on APs & EADs (inlcudes my lawers fee as well for the last 20 months)....No GC yet.. God know how much $$$$$ these BCIS will take from us........Greedy people. Extorting our Khoon paseene kee kamayee.....

In December, We'll say November was better. It will become worse every day, every week, every month,.......

I don't expect any change in the speed of adjudication unless we raise our voice about the same.

WAC01&02 I485 - number of approvals per month

(originally posted at Project Kashmir thread 2nd November 2003 05:54 PM)

Code:
[B]WAC01&02 I485 - number of approvals per month[/B]
323 ... October 2003
442 ... September 2003
252 ... August 2003
263 ... July 2003
395 ... June 2003
359 ... May 2003
397 ... April 2003

51,551 ... The total number of I485 cases filed between August 2001 and September 2002
33,702 ... The number of pending cases among the above

33702 / ((323 + 442 + 252 + 263 + 395 + 359 + 397) / 7) = [B]97 months[/B] = [B]8 years[/B] and 1 month

September was better than October.

And, one fourth of November passed by.
October seemed better than November...
