RFE Response received by INS on 26th Sep

AVM updated to Response to RFE received on 26th Sep...

On the RFE Notice, it says projected time frame is 2 weeks from the date INS receives my response.

FYI: RFE was regarding Medicals.(INS requested my I693 immunization Supplemental form as my Doc didnt send it)

RFE was pretty clear...

So just waiting for my turn....

When you sent the immunization supplement form, is your medical exam result longer than 1 year?

Yes.It crossed 1 year

But Doc updated all the dates in the form and signed as needed and in the remarks section, he wrote a comment that this form is updated on this date...

AVM updated on Sept 19th...for RFE notice being mailed out
RFE notice received on Sept 27th...

1. Employment letter
2. 2001 tax filing/W2
3. Last month pay stubs.

Got RFE for medical. INS says they received the photocopy , doctor says he send the original. Got a new report from Doc .
 
Received RFE 27th September.

6 months pay stubs
2000 & 2001 tax return and W2
Copies of all I-20's, EAD cards issued to me.
Copies of my passport (all pages)
Employment verification letter stating terms of hire and salary.
 
RFE on Sep17th
Received notice on Sep 23rd

RFE was for employment letter, W2's, 2001 tax return and last months pay stubs.

Response mailed on Sep 30.
