I filed early September 12th and still waiting. Notification of receipt and check was cashed soon after filing,I filed as Single as my American Wife divorced me.
Bio letter appointment was only received on Dec 6th. Bio's done Dec 7th, (I was going to be away at the time they scheduled the date, so i went in to arrange another date and they did the Bio's right there and then)
Jan 21st received another letter for a Signed Divorce decree- One i sent was not signed by the Judge. I went into the courts on that Monday and waited for a copy of what they needed and sent it off that same Afternoon. Its now been 2 and a half Months and No word.
I tried checking online and called the 1-800 line, but same result. They just say its being processed.
Anyone else playing the waiting game.
