VSC - EB3
PD 5/98
ND - sep 2000
AD - 5/23/01
Thanks to this board and all the people keeping it alive. Special thxs to RAPIDACT.

But, one problem.
My Wife\'s status still says 485 application was recieved in Sep 2000 and may take 360days to process.

Does any one know why????

       PD - May 98
       My PD has become current for may.I had the finger printing done in aug 2000.

       1)Was wondering what ND and RFE mean?
       does this come after Finger printing?

       2) Automated IIO number in VSC says my case will be approved in 180days, But I thought I should get approval within the next 2 months since my PD is current
       for may....Is this automated service reliable?

       3) My lawyer des not want me to talk to any INS officer
       regarding my case. Is there a reason for this??

       Any info is appreciated.
