September 4th Two separate cases approved

To All:

Two of my co-workers with September 4th RD's were approved last weekend.

Both of them had changed jobs after 180 days and the new companys lawyer had sent this information promptly to the INS after they changed their jobs.

There was no RFE and this happened very smoothly
