ND 9/15/03, but still hopfully waiting for 1 FP notice. Check my mail-box everyday. However, no miracle at all so far. Anyone with Sep'03 ND received 1FP yet?

got my 1fp notice today from hartford, ct,,,, my i485 notice date is 08/25/2003 transferred and will do the finger printing at hartford on 08/24/04... eb3 concurrent, vsc

Hi Fellas.
My case details :
I-485 RD: 9/28/03
1-140 Approved : 04/04
1st EAD for myself and spouse : 12/03/03
2nd EAD for both (applied self thr' paper): 08/06/04
My Wife did her 1st FP (as there was medical RFE on her case, to which we replied) on 07/26/04
Her online status has been updated with message that FP Received.
I am still waiting for my 1st FP and no change in LUD since filing.
Let's hope for the earliest for all of us !!!

Hi everybody,

Is there any possibility that the LUD of approved I-140(AD 5/14/04) has been changed after I filed AP? Or dose that mean USCIS is going to send out my first FP notice? However, my I-1485 LUD has never been updated since it was received?

vsc transferred my case to hartford, ct.. actually i live and work in ct..... then, hartford application center sent me the notice for my 1st finger printing to be made on july 24th,, dont know when to get the appointment notice for interview after this finger printing though? any idea?

1st FP Received !!!

I received my First FP Notice yesterday scheduled for 08/26. I had applied for my 2nd EAD on 07/22 and got approved for the same on 08/05. The notice date on FP notice is 08/12.Probably that triggered it or the fact that my wife already got her first FP notice last month (in response to a Medical RFE for her). But my I-1485 LUD has never been updated since it was received !!!
