The VSC seems to be processing August 15th cases at a pretty good pace and they started August 15th around July 15th.
If this is the rate then September should probably start may be first week of August and maybe on August 1 too.
October filers should see some action in September (the INS year end)
Of course all this is predicated on consistency which may be a bad assumption to make.
