Good News. Mine is pending since June 15 2002 EB3. I dot know what is going to happen. Allready laid off. Company sent letter for revoking H1. I do not know whether they sent I-140 cancellation letter or not.

God only can resolve my problems.

U should call the IIO and ask them the status and why still ur case is pending because ur priority date is way ahead of others...

No, I came here on H1 and haven't done any education here....

I called three times. My Attorney called four times. Every time they give readymade answer.

"It should be approved. If it is not approved within 15 days call us back. We will bring it into Supervisor notice."

I am fed up with this answer. Just last week Attorney called He got same answer that I got in December.

Whats happening.....

I see that VSC is processing Sep'2002 for EB3 Category.

I also see posting where people have said / claimed their I-140 has been cleared who have filed in Feb'2003.

Can somebody shed some light on this??


Also: is there some consistency for the Finger Printing Notices? My I-140/I-485 was filed in Oct'2002 and I still haven't received a notice for Finger Printing? Should I be concerend?

Waiting Since May 2002!

There is no constistency in I-140 processing. My ND is 05/28/02 and have not heard anything. My lawyer sent a rep to VSC and they gave the BS that bec's you have filed I485 it will be processed together. Latest was that it is on IIO's desk and may take 30-45 days.

I wish that they will keep constistent policy on all categoires.

Does anyone knows as to waht will be the priority dates on concurerrent filers who had filed 140 earlier and then took advantage of concurrent processing and filed with 140 receipt?

In my case I filed my 485 on 10/07/03 will they consider May as my filing date for 485????

Inconsistent replies

Sad to hear your story. Their replies doesn't make any sense at all. When I called IIO last month they told that they will process June cases in 2 months. Each IIO replies in a different fashion. I will be hitting the 360th day next week.. I have a take-or-leave offer from the client with whom i am working with.... My sponsoring employer is keen on billing my hours not interested to call BCIS and enquire... The attorney is offering to call but asks us to pay for the time including the attempts to call, holding time etc.... I can't trust those guys!
If they combine the 485 and 140 applications for VIPs like us, 140 will never get approved..........
