Sept'02- 140/485/EAD Concurrent fillers.

Hello friends,
Please post your 140 approvals and (OR) EAD approvals. If we pass 90 days of EAD RD's what are our options? Please post your opinions.

I am also waiting for my I-140 to be done. I have heard that folks who have filed their EADs get I-140 approved faster. I did not file for an EAD, so looks like I missed the boat

I-140 - Vermont (concurrently filed I-485. Did not file for EAD/AP)
MD(Mailing Date) : 09/19/2002
RD(Reciept Date) : 09/21/2002
ND(Notice Date) : 09/25/2002
AD(Approval Date) : ??/??/????

Best option is to Just Wait Patiently . There are others who have filed in Feb/Mar and still have their I-140 pending. So its a long way to go.

I applied for EAD but not for AP. I have the same hope of early 140 approvals if we file concurrently with EAD and AP...
