Sept/Oct WACs with 975-999 days message

Hi All,

Seems like WAC-02 processing and approvals has begun and still I am with the same message of "975-999" days. My details are
rd 10/9 nd 11/9 wac-02-35-5XXXX FP 3/19 IIOsaid FP received on 4/29. Message still " we recived you 485 and it will take 975-999 days "

Please all in the same boat post here,

FP done: 06/07/02
AVM still 975-999 days

Today I talked to IIO, he said my case hasn't been assigned to an officer yet. He just mentioned that they are working on July cases, looks like it might take another 2 months to handle Sept. cases.

The IIO's keep giving the same official line. I too was told that my case assigned status cannot be told to me and that they are working on july cases.
Anyway I hope that message not changing is just the varagies of the INS and not something else.
 
Spoke to an IIO today. Though AVM still repeats the 999 days message she says my case is in the shelf. MY FP and Background checks are completed.
Other that this she didnot give me any info.

I am just worried that no AVM change

should not mean anything like a expect RFE or FP not good sort of thing !
