Hi, My husband and I have asylum case in USCIS since April 2016. I asked for expedite on December 2022 because we lost our only 18 yeats old son and we were in very difficult situation and suffering. They approved our expedite and one year after our expedite approval they scheduled our interview. We completed our interview on January 12th 2024 . But we're still waiting for our interview results after almost 8 months. We are in very difficult situation emotionally because of our grief. I emailed Arlington asylum office several times and they keep saying, they're doing background checks. I don't know what can I do ? Please help us. Thanks
