Sept 2002 RFE Issued

My online status says RFE isued. My RD is in Sept 2002. Any idea, how long till the lawyer receives it? Also, my wife's case has not been updated. Is it normal for them to not process the dependent's case along with the primary filer?

Typically takes 1-2 weeks for the lawyer to receive RFE notice.
Sometimes the RFE is on Primary and other times on Secondary- that is normal.
