Sept 2002 FP for dependent. Primary did not.

My friend's wife received FP notice. They Filed I-485 at TSC in the end October 2002. she is dependent. But Primary did not receive the FP notice. Any one similar experience?

Yes I know. Just wanted to ask is there any remote chances that primary will get his FP in near future?
