Is this based on I-140 approval date ?

Is yours EB2 or EB3?
What is yours exact ND and FP dates?

GotGc - FP date is 11/15/2002.
For some lucky cases 15 month rule still working effectively.

My FP date is DEC03rd2002.
For you another 29 days to go..if you are so lucky you will get approval.

If we miss this 15 month FP expiry condition, we may be in the loop for atleast another 6-12 months to see our approvals.
 
My FP was in Nov 29 2002.

But still waiting for I-140 approval.

A friend told me that they extend FP valid date to 18 months. But I cannot find any related news? Any guru knows?

My i-140 was already approved before i applied for 485.
They started accepting concurent filing just as my 140 was in approval process...
