Sept. 2001 RD waiting. What's the end?

RFE received by INS 02/10/2003 (Yes, it took so long time to update my case status with 2 calls from me and 2 calls from my attorney)

Still waiting for approval. Pray God to save us from this torture. It seems another freeze. What is the end???????????

I am also in the same boat. RFE response received by INS on Feb 18 and still waiting. I heard INS is taking 3 - 4 months for unlucky people and 1-2 weeks for lucky people.

My attorney called NSC again yesterday asking about my case. He was told my case is still pending but refused to give additional information. :

Called 3 times since they received it. First response was assigned to officer on March 5th. Senator's office called same response.

Today I called again then got a different story. the case is not really assigned to an officer, it's still pending.....

Anyone had similar experience..?
