We saw the 8/2001 approvals keeps growing, as well as the total filers. (From rupnet.com) Now it is 352/161. (45%)
Let's assume finally the total filer number will grow to 400. When the approval rate reaches 80%, we can say 8/2001 is over and massive 9/2001 approval will start.
Let's assume there are 30 approvals each week, then it takes 5 weeks to finish 8/2001 case.
Then around 09/10/2002, INS will start to process 09/2001 case. Just 1 month to go!!!
Let's see. ( In May, I predict that INS will finish 8/2001 case by 8/31/02, but INS make me dispointed again)
