My I-140 got approved on 10/15/2004. Details are as follows:

I140/485:
RD: Sept 5, 2003
ND: Sept 10, 2004
FP: May 12, 2004
140 AD: Oct 15, 2004

This is EB2, concurrent.

How did you find out about the approval?
Was the LUD changed?
What happened to your 485 application?
 
I got the approval email from USCIS. The online message for I-140 was updated to reflect the approval. The online message for I-485 has not changed at all.

Let me know if you need more info.

Congratulations ! Glad to hear all Sep 03 approvals from NSC.

Did you notice any LUD changes before your approval ? What's your LUD on I485 ?

Did you apply 2nd EAD/AP ?If so, what's the status now ?

I had not checked on the USCIS website for over a 3 days. So the dates had not changed 3 days prior to this approval. I had my lawyer initiate an inquiry when the dates had jumped ahead (to oct. 15) a couple weeks back.

My 2nd AP and EAD were applied in June 2004 and approved in Aug 2004.
