Just got couple of emails from USCIS that my I-140 is approved as of 03/21.

PD : Feb 2002 (own labor)
RD for I140/I485 (EB3) : Sept 2004
EDA/AP approved : Nov 2004
LUD on I485 : 12/29/04
I140 AD : 03/21/2004 (NO LUD)

No update on I485 status yet.

Not really, MY date is 7/21/04. Nothing so far, even without a LUD.

FP was done in first week of Oct'04, and was the only FP. No biometric or photograph were done.
