Sept-03/RFE on I-140

Hello All,

I thought I would post the apporval details..but it is taking too long and decided to post the present status...

I-140/485 -> ND-09/08
FP -> Feb-04
EB2-RIR

On 10/13, I got an email saying RFE was issued. Waited for 3 long and painful weeks to recieve another email saying "RFE returned back undeliverable". Checked with attorney and they moved the office and expecting USPS to deliver at new address. Within few hours after recieveing the email about "undeliverable", recieved another email saying "On Nov xx, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

As per my attorney, they called USCIS and also faxed to get the RFE re-send to their new address.

I am just puzzled thinking what is going on with my case.

Please share if anyone has some experience with this kind of online message.

I am waiting with lot of pain... what else I can do...

Had I got the RFE on time, may be I would have got everything approved by now as per others experinces...

You guys out there are just wonderful sharing so much info.

Hi,

I had received the same message from USCIS, but it said "On Mar xx, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

I had received this email notification yesterday. Looks like there is a problem in their system. My attorney says it must be an error.

My RD is 12/12/2003. I'm Puzzled.
