Someone I know is going thru a difficult marriage
He is currently into the I-485 and Finger Printing is also done..
His wife\'s application was filed on his behalf..
two questions:
(1) If he files for a divorce at this stage does it effect HIS application?
(2) Does his wife still get the green card?
